Custom Process
1. Needs Communication & Plan Confirmation:
Customers put forward detailed customization needs, including product type, specifications, appearance design, performance requirements, target market standards, and order quantity. Our professional team will conduct in-depth communication with customers, and provide preliminary feasibility analysis and customized solution proposals based on our R&D and manufacturing experience.
2. Quotation & Contract SigningAfter
confirming the customized plan, we will issue a detailed quotation covering costs of mold development, raw materials, production, testing, and logistics. After both parties reach an agreement, we will sign a formal cooperation contract to clarify rights, obligations, quality standards, delivery time and other key terms.
3. R&D & Sample Developmen
Our R&D team will carry out product design, mold development and sample trial production according to the confirmed plan. For ODM projects, we will complete independent R&D and design according to customer needs; for OEM projects, we will optimize the production process based on customer-provided samples or drawings to ensure consistency with the requirements.
4. Sample Testing & Confirmation
The trial-produced samples will be sent to our advanced laboratory for comprehensive performance testing, including quality testing, environmental protection testing, and safety testing. After passing the internal test, we will send the samples to customers for confirmation. We will revise and optimize the samples in a timely manner according to customer feedback until the samples are fully approved.
5. Mass Production & Quality Control
After the sample is confirmed, we will arrange mass production in accordance with the production schedule. During the production process, we will implement full-process quality control, conduct random inspections on raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products to ensure that each product meets the contract standards.
6. Inspection & Shipment
Before shipment, we will invite customers or third-party inspection agencies to conduct a comprehensive pre-shipment inspection. After the products pass the inspection, we will arrange packaging, container loading and logistics transportation according to customer requirements, and provide detailed shipping documents to ensure the smooth delivery of goods.
7. After-sales Follow-up & Technical Support
After the goods are delivered, we will conduct a follow-up visit to understand the product usage status of customers. We provide professional technical support and after-sales service to solve any problems encountered by customers in the process of sales and use, and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations.
